June 14: A campaigner for fathers' rights to access to their children appeared in a London court today accused of defacing a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Electrician Tim Haries, 41, from Doncaster in northern England, appeared at Westminster Magistrates ' Court charged with committing criminal damage of more than 5,000 pounds (USD 7,850).
